[Lift Redfern] Redwatch and Lift Redfern Celebration -Thursday 3rd of May 2012 at 6 pm

Dear Lift Redfern organisers, supporters, Volunteers and Redwatch members,

On behalf of Redwatch Co-ord Group we would like to extend our congratulations and appreciation for every ones efforts in reaching the target of 10,000 petitions to make Redfern station more accessible.

We believe this is fantastic outcome for all involved and for the wider community. To cover any problems we still want to get in any outstanding petitions to make sure we have the required number of signatures so try and get these in by Wewdnesday.

To mark this millstone in the campaign Redwatch and the Lift Redfern Co-ordinating Group would like to invite you to a celebration event, to be held on Thursday 3rd of May 2012 at 6 pm within the Factory Community Centre, 67 Raglan Street, Waterloo, NSW, 2017.

A small buffet and refreshments will be provided. It would be appreciated if you could RSVP to assist us with working out catering numbers.

It will also be chance for us  through a short round table discussion to reflect on what worked well, identify any lessons learned and check in where from here to help us further develop this campaign and any other future ones we may be involved with.

Once again a big thank you to all those who played a part in the work to date, no matter how small or big everyone contribution, was pivotal to the success to date.

We will email an update soon on when the Petition has to be presented and with details on how you can support that event.

We look forward to seeing you at the celebration,
